1. About us

2. Products

We do our best to show each watch accurately. Photographs are of the actual product, but screen colours and lighting can differ slightly from the item in your hand.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. If a watch turns out to be unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our delivery & shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as parcels can be delayed by couriers or customs.

6. Returns and refunds

Our refund & return policy forms part of these terms, and gives you 7 days from receipt to request a return. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate delivery and contact details, and not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.

Please check your delivery address before you pay. A parcel delivered to the address you provided is treated as delivered to you. If the address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel cannot be recovered, the order cannot be refunded. Tell us straight away at support.thegentlemans@gmail.com if you spot a mistake, and we will fix it free of charge as long as your order has not been dispatched yet.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income caused by a delayed delivery.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our logo, photographs and text, belongs to The Gentleman's Collection and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be dealt with in the South African courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
